Hello? My name is Faith Kananu, 29 years old business lady and HR Consultant from Nairobi Kenya. I hold a bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Nairobi and diploma in Human resource management. I am the eldest in a family of five. I was born and raised in the lower suburbs of Meru county. Currently i live in Nairobi where i do business as well as work as a HR Consultant.
I run a clothes business - boutique, for women, men and children clothing. I started the business in 2014 from which i injected a capital of $5,000. There is hight demand for fashion clothes in Kenya lately and the business has grown tremendously to where i am able to make sales of up to Ksh. 20,000-30,000 per day. ($200 - 300). Mostly my business focuses on selling fashion end and best design clothes of high quality. I stock all types of men, women and children wear, such that my customers can get all they want under one roof. My vision is to have a chain of clothing shops in various towns across Kenya by the year 2019.
I intend to stock my boutique with more clothes. Mostly i sell Italian designs and i import them. I also do customized designs for my clients such that they can have a feel of their own taste and choice. With the loan, I will be able to meet my customer demands which sometimes is limited due to capital.
