My name is Sharon Otieno, a mother of one and a lover of business. Born in 2005, I started my basic training in 2011, at Ugenya Primary School in Siaya region, where I was born and raised. I did my final test in 2018, then got admitted at Embakasi Girls High School for secondary education, where I completed my studies in 2022.

Lacking funds for college, I joined my aunty at her food joint shop, where I gained firsthand experience and skills over time. In 2025, I got my first son. My mum was kind enough to grant me some money to start a business of my choice.

Since I already had enough experience and skills from my aunt's shop, I never gave it a second thought. I rented a space, bought the necessary equipment and stock then started immediately, with a food joint shop.

Over time, I have built a big clientele as I continue to thrive. I'm aiming to expand my venture into something big, with assistance of the community to gain proper funding. This will be the source of my livelihood to sustain my son and keep life moving forward. Please join me and help bringing my dreams into reality.

My business involves fast foods preparation and delivery to the business community around my residence, while the passersby take the bigger percentage of my target customers. Food sells faster in places with many people, which is the soul reason why I chose this kind of business, apart from my experience and skills. Cooking itself is my hobby, and I'm willing to expand this business to greater heights .

As I fight to improve my income, I'd like to boost my business with the raised funds. This will increase my income tremendously as I strive to support my young family. The community also enjoys well prepared and healthy meals.
