My name is Joshua Mwale the second born from the Mwala family. I completed school but had challenges to find employment. I struggled to find what to do because in subsahara countries like Zambia life is very hard and for you to remain relevant, you have to push hard to make life a meaningful. After 2 years of struggling, I got involved in youth empowerment program in our community, where I received funding for small scale business (sms) to venture into poultry business. I am an entrepreneur in poultry business , I rare broilers , village chickens and layers.

I'm interested to join Zidisha because my ambition is to grow my business and contribute to the grow of our economy in our country and create employment for my fellow youths without jobs .

I'm entrepreneurs , I have poultry where I rare broilers, village chickens and chicken layers. I have a different number of customers and all the types the demand high and very profitable. Therefore I need more resources to build a bigger poultry and feed to rare more chickens to meet demand and generate more profits. Looking the opportunity and demand, I see great potential of growing the poultry business and make more revenue and become financially stable.

I have layer in my poultry and village chickens , And they need feed especially the layers to lay more eggs for sale because eggs are on high demand. Hence I need 5 bags or feed which will cost me ZMW 3500.00 As this will benefit the layer chicken to feed more and lay more eggs for sale. The funds made in terms of profits will used to improve the standard of living for my family and expand the business by keeping thousands of layers to supply in the country.
