My name is Roselyne Kinuthia. I am 37 years old and am an Insurance agent by profession. I am married to one Kevin Gichohi and i am a mother of a son by the name Andrew Waithaka. I went have studied up to college level.

I worked as a secretary,messenger,cleaner,tea girl,name in a properties firm when i got sacked because of my faith. I met a friend who asked me to be his receptionist. He was an insurance agent at the time. As i sat in the office i could read about insurance and i got interested. One day i decided to go out and market and to my surprise i secured 5 businesses in one day. I made it my daily routine and until today it is my day to day work. I am also a farmer. I love it and i have made it my passion. I have reared dairy cows and poultry. This is a very lucrative business and it is flourishing well.

I offer services on behalf of insurance companies. I solicit business from clients willing to insure their vehicles,houses,businesses,employees,etc. Insurance is very important because these are bodies willing to carry a risk which a client cannot bear. A risk which can render one bankrupt or even make one disabled for life. That is why i chose this business because it is a major need in today's world. It is a business that keeps you on toes all year round. Like in Kenya,it is mandatory to have car insurance.,thus making it easy to conduct business.

I transact businesses worth $35,000 a month.

I have started farming through the profits generated on the business and have acquired properties.

I will purchase feeds for my dairy cattle. This amount will help me purchase a bag of dairy meal . This type of feed enables my cows production to rise up hence resulting to more sales. It also improves on their health thus giving them a longer life span.
