My name as shown is Annette, i am a second born in a family of five. I have been in full time employment for the last six years with various Real Estate Companies. I left employment and now i have my own Real Estate Business where i deal in Agency; letting and selling of properties and Property Management. I am currently operating from an office i sublet within Nairobi's Central Business District.
Am so thankful to the Lord Almighty for the strength and perseverance he has given me to overcome the challenges coming my way to make this business be what it is now even as i aspire to make it a big company that will in future be a source of employment to others.
Am a journalist by training and In my free time i love to read and write articles, it is one of the ways i actualize my love for books. I particularly love to write about women's memoirs.
I am Realtor in an industry where i deal with property, both residential and commercial. I sell and lease land, houses, commercials and agricultural properties. I act on behalf of both the owners and buyers.
I make my money from the commissions paid by the owners in an event of a successful sale or letting. I also get my payment from the Management fees of the few properties i am managing.
The business is currently growing and now i have the need to expand my operating premise as the space i am currently subletting is not convenient anymore. I have established a good clientele and i have more walk in clients in need of my services and this is no longer convenient to my current landlord.
Also, am in the process of sourcing for more properties to manage to ensure consistency in terms of more income at every end month, this requires me to have good and organised shelves for the records.
As my business is growing, i need to buy a filing cabinet to file my tenants and various clients records.
With the filing cabinet, i will be able to arrange my records and also mark them appropriately to enable me serve my clients with ease as i will not take time trying to locate their records.
If the loan is approved, it will be a boost to enable me organise my work area as i continue to work harder in achieving a better, spacious work place.
