Farming calls me out by name. I grew up farming and never thought that I would once consider it to be a good business to think about but this changed when I interacted with fellow Kenyans who viewed it differently.

I grow herbs for the export market. I am working towards direct export. I have been audited for Global GAP certification and yes, am certified. I have also introduced avocados and soon tea and coffee.

We are dealing with climate related shocks with hot days preparing us for the loong rains.

The funds will be used to purchase pesticides to protect our crops from powdery mildew when the rains starts.
