My name is Esther Alii. Am from Malindi Kenya. I am 25 years old. I am a form four leaver. After form four I could not proceed to campus because my parents could not raise school fees. I decided to go to a relative who trained me tailoring and am now qualified tailor. I worked for her in return and also earned little by little until i came to start my business. When my children grow up would love to see them pursue education up to the university.
My hobby is to make new friends and reading novel.
In my business i offer tailoring services. I also sell clothes such as school uniform other clothes materials that are in high demand to the local people. School uniforms are in high demand because the place am in is surrounded by schools. I also sell kitenge clothes to the local women. I chose this business because I am experienced in this type of business and also these products are on high demand. My cost of business is 20, 000 and my revenue is roughly 10,000 per week. I use the profit to reinvest back in to the business.
I will use these funds to boost my business in the following areas.
I will buy clothes material to be used to sew school uniforms.
I will also buy kitenge to be used to sew clothes for women.
