Hello all Zidisha Members, I am Andri, 24 (twenty four) years old, my last education is a Vocational High School majoring in IT, I am the owner of a shop for buying and selling used Notebooks., The business of buying and selling used notebooks has been running for 4 (four) years with me currently renting a shop or small kiosk. As an independent and workaholic young man I open my shop for 7 (seven) full days a week from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, the business of buying and selling used notebooks with the best quality is my vision of this business, where I must ensure to provide a 2 (two) month warranty to maintain customer satisfaction. I also have the responsibility to finance the education of my 2 (two) younger siblings who are still in elementary school and vocational school, because it requires a lot of additional costs, I also open and provide hardware service and software installation services for my customers. My goal is to develop this business into a sustainable business in the future and become a barometer of customers in my city in procuring used notebooks. My hobby since I was in elementary school is assembling computers and providing hardware service.

I've been buying and selling used laptops since I was in high school. I buy laptops from users or consumers through direct cash on delivery (COD) and sell them online on Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. My average profit per used laptop is around IDR 200,000 to IDR 300,000, and I sell an average of five to ten laptops per week. In addition to buying and selling used notebooks, I also provide server installation services, including maintenance, in business centers and offices. My business prioritizes customer warranties and after-sales service for electronic goods (notebooks, mobile phones, etc.).

In mid-August, I needed to purchase additional glass display cabinets for my store. Due to the increasing number of notebooks coming in, I needed additional display cabinets for my fifth proposal. My business analysis was that adding these display cabinets would increase my weekly profit from 1,350,000 to 1,500,000.
