Salary from my employment. I work as a hotelier at Villa Rosa Kempinski. During my free time I engage in the construction where I have bought a piece of land with my wife and already started construction. We have calculated and foresee a 50-60,% return on investment.
After the success of this project I will extend to other low income area around Nairobi and it's outskirts.
