The demand for these locally made detergents is increasing as they are cheaper compared to industry manufactured ones. The customers prefer us to the other competitors as we have the best customer relationship management and our prices are cheaper. We also offer follow up services to our customers and home deliveries which makes them want to purchase from. The business if profitable because we have a large customer base who purchase our products from different parts of Machakos. The risk we face is of shortage of chemicals in the market considering the fact that the chemicals are imported from China. The monthly sales are 100,000 with costs of 80,000 and a profit of 20,000 that i use to pay bills.
