I am interested in music, cooking and listening to news. I have always loved being a trader, specificially in food stuffs. I started selling at the age of seven (7). In Ahemang, I would go and sell my parent's farm produces in the village market.
I remember myself thinking at age 7 that it was the best thing in the world to do, I mean trading. Whenever, I had chance, I would go sell my parent's farm produce at the village market. I love selling. Because of trading, I couldn't further my school when I completed Senior High School. I started my selling maize in bags. For the past 20 years, I have been selling maize.
My favorite gosepl artist in Ghana is Mama Esther. I think she is one of the best gospel artists in Ghana and even beyound. I have almost all her albums. Maize is high comsumed in Ghana. We use maize to prepare most delicious meals in Ghana, like portridge, kenkey, banku, akpeley to mention but a few. When it comes to getting quality maize for my customers, you can count on my expertise and experience.
I buy these bags of maize from local farmers and bring them to the city to sell to my customers.
My years of experience working with local farmers has enhance my communication skills as well. I also deal with a lot of drivers since they send us to and from the farm lands in the villages to purcahse the maize. Because of my business, I travel a lot. In order to get qaulity maize for my customers, I pay close attention to the details of each bag of maize. I believe the difference between mediocrity and excellence lies in the details.
