My name is Michael Mweru Ndirangu, a Pastor and a community leader based in Ruiru, Kenya. I am passionate about serving my community through education and faith. I oversee Kihunguro Bible Baptist Church and a primary school where we work to give children quality education and hope for a better future. I believe in honesty, hard work and using every opportunity to improve the lives of those around me.

I run Kihunguro Baptist Education Centre, a growing school that serves children from low-income families in our community. We provide affordable education, a safe learning environment and guide to help each child reach their potential. The school is funded mainly by small fees from parents and we often step in to support vulnerable children who cannot afford school costs. My goal is to improve facilities, expand our feeding program and ensure every child has the resource they need to succeed.

I will use the to install simple play equipment such as swings, seesaws and slides. Currently our playground is dusty, making it difficult for children to play freely. By improving it, we will give them a safe environment to exercise, interact and enjoy outdoor activities.

This project will benefit our community because the school ground are often used by local children and youths for weekend games and fellowship activities. The improvement will therefore create a lasting impact not only for our pupils but also for the large community.

Personally, this project will help me strengthen the school's programs, attracting more learners and support our vision of providing a holistic Christian education that nurtures both minds and body.
