Mary Daka is my name a Zambian citizen located in Kanyama Compound of Lusaka township. As a child young girl while grewing, I really loved and wanted to go to school and have a bright future but the cold hand of death robbed me this geat opportunity as lost parents at a tender age. Completing school was not easy for me as I had no sponsors to pay for me school fees.
When grew up at the of between 18 to 20 years of age, I had the passion for business because I have always to make it big in life despite having dropped out of school due to lack of finances. I started working as a house maid or a house keeper, I worked for 5 years after raising good capital which enable me to buy salon equipment and started running my own small business in our community. Today am an entrepreneur and making own steady income which is the main source of livelihood and childen. I'm a mother of 4 children and am looking forward to bring the best out of my 4 children by working and sending them to school and become better in their future life.
I spend most of my time developing and learning new salon hair styles to draw the attention of customers around the community.
I'm into hair salon business and in my salon shop , I equipment's lacking in my shop to provide the best quality services to my customers. Once I have all the tools, I will provide the best hair styles and attract more customers to come for services and earn a lot of income. In my salon shop, I provide a number of services and these are plating of hair, nail filling, make up of different types preferably chosen by the customers. I also provide different of types of hair wig, among these hair products are the best hair wig is the Brazilian hair, pretty woman, darling and all hair styles as needed by the customers. Salon business is one of the business that helps generate stead income to support my family and change the lives of the people of the community by making them beautiful and look nice. As may like today, hair styles for ladies from all over the world has become fashionable today and every lady wants to look beautiful due to value for their money. However, most of the profits made, help me to pay shop rental, order new stock for the wig and other salon make ups and also helping my children pay school fee as well as improving the living stand of the family.
I need the funds to buy the wig, new salon equipment in shop to improve the services of my work to my customers. Thereby grow my business and generate more revenue from the business support my family financially and make in my community by providing good salon services.
