I am a woman aged 28, named Adele Lezogo, born in the province Kouritenga in the village of Lezogotenga in Burkina Faso. I am from a very poor family of four children, including two girls and two boys. I was the youngest of the family. I was enrolled in school with the help of my maternal uncle in 1994 when I was 9 years old. I continued my education up to the second part of the 3rd class. After that, there was no means for me to continue school, so I decided to work as well to pay for my night classes. It was really not easy at the time, and it was at the great age of 22 that I met a young man who offered me marriage. And I got married Janurary 26, 2008. I live with my husband in Bobo Dioulasso with our three children and I am very happy with my home.
Through this loan that I will receive, I will use it to invest in my business selling vegetables and grains, and grow my income. Because I am invested in having a lot more control in the selling of cereals and tomatoes. Each month, I invest 5,000 francs in 10 sacks of produce and I sell them for 10,000 francs. I invest 145000 francs into my tomato, cereal and vegetable sales and I earn 20000 francs profits. And thanks to this first loan that was made to me, I could increase my stock of cereals.
