I am Lilian Meck Kawiche, from Iyumbu, I am a sister in a family of six children, being the first and the eldest in the family, I decided to work in the field of hair and makeup to get rid of myself economically and empower my family to reduce the number of dependents in the family. Being born in a family of five girls and one boy, we loved beauty and beauty and the women's salon was the opportunity I saw to show my beauty.

I decided to open a women's salon four years ago so that my community can get services closer and easier. I managed to serve the residents of Iyumbu and the surrounding areas and earn an income that helped my family as well as hire an assistant to collaborate with him in business where together we have been able to serve and meet the needs of our families. I plan to grow the business further so that I can also sell various hair, hair oil and skin and beauty products that will enable me to grow this business.

I will increase varieties of women braids and other hair as what my customer was requesting and other facilities like hand dryers,

This will enable our office to be equipped with more services that will increase office fund and enable me and my employees to manage our expenses and contribute to the society through butter trade business,

This will enable growth of communication at large
