My name is Effah Antwi George. I come from Berekum-Kyiribaa. I was born on 1st January 1990 at the same town mentioned earlier. .My mother's name is Agnes Antwi and my father also call Peter Effah-Oware. I attended school at Kumasi-Mampong. The name of my wife is Mrs. Gloria Antwi . I have stayed in my wife's house till now inspite of hard times we experienced together. Although life has not been easy yet we are still alive, my wife is a trader and for that matter he always had to go to the market to sell goods for our upkeep since we were not having any money to start any business. At times he comes back home empty handed, that day there will be no food on the table. Life was like a hell for a very long time until one day, my mother shared her lands among her children because death was knocking on her door. I discussed it with my wife to sell my portion for us to start something and he agreed. I sold it $350 .We had two kids but none of them has been in school before so I used some of my capital to enroll them in a public school, and the rest was used to start my business.

The name of my business is God Is King electrical appliances and provision shop.

The nature of business I entered was selling of electrical appliances . The reason was that my capital was not enough to start something different apart from selling electrical appliances. People in my area uses electrical appliances a lot because most of them are haven big families so provisions like toothpaste , bathing soaps, detergents and electrical appliances like solar touch lights, bulbs etc are mostly demanded in my area. Selling of provisions and electrical appliances fetches a lot of income and I never regret in selling my inheritance to start my business. I am able to pay my children's school fees and books. Pressure was not on my wife anymore since I started my business. I earn $46 to $52 a week. My profit is used in taken care of my children's education, paying taxes, providing first aid ,and the rest is reinvested in my business.

I thank my lenders and zidisha team for how far you have help me to. the first was used to reinvest in electrical appliances shop.

i would like to apply for the second loan open the next shop in my community. i have already put up a structure for the shop. i will use the loan to complete the shop and use the remaining amount to buy appliances for the shop.

I will in fact , buy more of the fast selling provisions and electrical appliances in bulk into the shop. And my customers will be very happy because all what they needed has been provided for there will not be the need to go elsewhere for their items. I expect my profits to increase to some level, at least to $55 to $65 a week.
