My name is Claude Hermann Bayala and I am a Burkinese national. I live in Burkina Faso in the city of Koudogou. I am a bachelor and being an entrepreneur has been a life-long dream. I am the oldest in my family and have three half-brothers. My father was Burkinese and my mother was from the Ivory Coast. I lost my father when I was quite small and my mother at the age of eighteen. I pursued my primary, secondary and university education but did not have the funds to finish. I would rather be an employer than an employee, so with the experience I gained in computer science I decided to open a business with the little money I received at the university. My customers trust and believe in me and that's why I prosper and experiment more. I did a course in economic management and my dream was to be employed by a company instead, but while I search for a job I can also create employment and reduce the unemployment rate. Here in brief is who I am and what I am worth.

My company "The Leader" has been in business for three years and includes the following activities:

- Management of "The Leader" cybercafe;

- Creating wedding invitations, business cards and logos;

- Computer training;

- Interviewing and computer maintenance;

- Sales of computer accessories and supplies.

The company has versatile, available and qualified staff. Wanting to increase the monthly average revenues of 600,000 CFA francs per month, despite the difficulties in managing the business well without financing, I decided to turn to the lenders of Zidisha. I hope to be able to get a loan to increase my business by buying new equipment, specifically photocopiers, computers and other machines that will help improve the company's product, to meet increasing demand and offer better products than the competition.

Our first goal with this loan is to open other locations in the area, with a long-range plan to triple revenues. We know this will take hard work, so we are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays. Only work feeds the man.

Our other long-term goal is to open a printing shop.

Thank you for understanding that success benefits everyone.

Additional background of how this loan for new equipment will be used to grow the company: of the 24,000F, a certain sum will be used at first to buy materials for computer maintenance. After repayment the next important thing to buy is operating system software like Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows XP; antivirus software like Kaspersky, Antivirus Pro, Avast Internet Security; and eventually other programs. After that we would buy consumable supplies. To increase business revenues we really need financial assistance and will respect the terms of the loan. Our projects will require a lot of money but we will begin wirh what we can have, in the hope that you will gain trust in us and that our dedication to your respect will be looked on favorably.
