I’m Rodah Nanjala Kundu

An entrepreneur . Born and raised in Kenya, I’ve always believed in education

My journey wasn’t easy. Starting a business from scratch in a competitive market came with its fair share of hurdles—limited resources, intense competition, and the constant need to prove myself. But with determination, faith, and a love for what I do, I turned every challenge into a stepping stone.

Today, I supply high-quality stationery products to schools, offices, and individuals, helping to keep learning and productivity alive in my community. What makes my business special? It's personal. I know my customers by name, I listen to their needs, and I deliver with care and consistency.

When I’m not managing my business, I love exploring local markets, supporting women-led ventures, and mentoring young girls who dream of being business owners too. My children inspire me every day—they’re curious, driven, and full of dreams. One wants to be a doctor, another a teacher, and I couldn’t be prouder.

This is more than just business to me—it’s a calling, and I’m here to make a difference

Project Proposal

With the funds raised through this project, I plan to purchase a new stock of educational books and learning materials including textbooks, revision guides, and stationery supplies. These are in high demand among students and parents in my community, especially during the back-to-school season and exam periods.

By investing in this stock, I will be able to:

Increase my sales and income, which will help me better support my family’s needs such as food, school fees, and medical expenses.

Grow my small business, creating the possibility of hiring one assistant in the future to help with book deliveries or sales.

Support education in my community by making learning materials more accessible and affordable for students who often struggle to find the right books locally.

This project is not just about profit — it’s about empowering education and building a stronger future for the next generation. I sincerely appreciate every lender who supports this mission.
