Let me introduce myself, my name is IRPAN MAULANA KARAMA, also known as IRPAN. I was born in 2002. My childhood was like most children, playing, studying, reciting the Koran. My father is a madrasah teacher. I graduated from Singaperbangsa University in August 2024. With the Faculty of Islamic Religion with an Islamic Religion study program. I started my business while I was still in college. At that time, a friend of mine invited me to start a majun cloth sewing business. I tried it because there were several factories that needed a lot of majun cloth. The culture in my environment still has mutual cooperation, night patrols, torchlight parades every Islamic New Year. I have not been blessed with children because I have only been married for a year. Sometimes in my free time I like to go fishing once a week.
I produce majun cloth for the needs of automotive factories. Majun cloth is used cloth or leftover pieces of cloth from the garment industry, which are then sewn and repackaged to be used as industrial cloth, such as in workshops, factories, or other production sites. Why I started this business? The need for majun cloth is very much needed by factories, and now I supply two factories for their majun cloth needs. I have 3 employees and an 8-hour working day. I produce 5 bales per week at a price of 1.5 million per bale because of the super majun cloth I make. There are also regular majun cloths depending on the demand from the company. Currently I am short of production because I have to supply several more factories. I need 3 more sewing machines to meet my production. That way, unemployment in our village will be slightly reduced, because of the majun cloth production business that I run.
I want to stock up on majun cloth to avoid delays and overruns in my production. With a large stock of majun cloth, I can fulfill numerous orders from factories and motorcycle repair shops in my area. This increased production will increase my business income and greatly benefit my family, as this is my family's primary business.
