I was named after a big river called tannor which flows through the forest in the brong ahafo and some parts of the Ashanti regions of Ghana. According to my parents, I was born at the left bank of the river when my mom was on her way to farm. The name tannor was given as a result of this. We have lived as farmers for long. This village has a fertile land so the people are mostly into farming activities . I attended school nonetheless but there was a little input so I have to come back to the farm. I am a veges farmer. I started with something very small capital since the farm land was already available.

I cultivate veges especially carrots and cabbage. The land in my town is favorable so I want into the vegetables farm. The market close to my town has a great demand for veges. Sometimes people come to the farm to buy even before harvesting them. Returns from the farm is reinvested

I will buy a new napsac sprayer for my veges farm which will cost about $120. I will help me to spray my veges regularly and to control insects. It will also improve my profit
