I am the first daughter of Mr and Mrs Chibwe with a family of 4 children, and i seem to have challeges for my young ones, I only completed high school level and did a short catering course. Therefore i have always been enjoying serving people with food both home and church especially when we go on youth outing for prayers. I liked helping in eating places and eventually i raised some money and opened a restaurant. Where i am offering african traditional foods like Cassava, Sweet potatoes etc. And shima and village chickens which most men enjoy and are comfortable eating from my restaurant.
I run a very small eating place (restaurant) Just near Lima Tawa station in Lusaka town center. We are very busy interacting with different customers from different areas of Lusaka City. We provide them with alot of diferent type of african traditional foods which seemingly they enjoy very much. I got interested in this business because it has been my childhood talent, serving poeple with food at my church was my responsibility. And i use my profit to support my family with a sorts of problems they go through. And i plan to go back to school and finish my course. And my profit is always about $40 per week, thats why i need to buy more serving plates and pots in order to have more customers,
I want to buy more serving pots and plates for atleast $50 and then add some chairs after this loan. I will be happy because some customers have to wait for the plates that are already in use. And the profit expected is about $34 per week , Thanks to Zidisha Team.
