I am a half cast, in other words mixed tribe kenyan lady. I belong to two tribes, my mother was a luo and my father was a luhya . Funny enough I also got to be married to a man from the luo community. I am well versed in both languages and I have also traveled to both lands, learnt both cultures and traditions but led a way of life that was best for me because i only selected the good from both worlds and i am a better person because of that. My son has been brought up with the same principles and I hope to see him pass on the same values to his family as well.

I have a small kiosk that caters to builders also reffered to as watu wa mjengo in my country. The business is good but seasonal because once the construction is complete the kiosk is closed untin the next viable construction site. In the mean time I engage in the sale of second hand clothes and selling home supplies. My profits always range from 2300 to 5600 per week but I am always looking for ways to expand and diversify

I recently got an order at the local shopping center. A lady who wants to open a clothing store reached out to me and asked if I could supply her with the stock. I will use my loan to buy full bales of childrens clothes, mens clothes and womens clothes as well.
