I started my business in the year 2013 with a capital of three hundred and fifty thousand kenyan shillings.that is bought the shop at a goodwill of two hundred thousand kenyan shillings and then renovated the said premise and bought some equipments at a cost of almost one hundred and fifty thousand kenyan shillings.my business is a modern kinyozi.the services i do are shaving all styles scrubbing masking highligting applying chemicals and also general hair wash.in a day minus the expenses i go home with not less than two thousand kenyan shilling and on a good day i go home with three thousand kenyan shillings.i have employed four workers whom i pay them through commission.a fourty percent commission in every one one hundred kenyan shillings.so if he shaves one person at a cost of one hundred kenyan shilling he will go home with fourty shillings kenyan money.i love the business because it all depends with customer satisfactory.the income i get assists me to pay monthly rent of ten thousand kenyan shillings and also am able to pay a termly school fees of my daughter of five thousand shillings kenyan money.so in a week i can save a total of ten thousand kenyan shillings and in a month i go home with not less than thirty five thousand kenyan shillings so the loan lended will be easily serviced.
I will be able to buy equipments like towel warmer sterilizer and good sink for my kinyozi this will enable smooth running of my barber shop.on top of that i need to replace my barber chairs as they are becoming outdated.also i need to buy a good home theatre for entertainment as this attract customers and will enble the business will flourish .
