Am elijah kamande born and raised in nakuru town i went nakuru day school for primary eductaion and later joined nakuru high school for secondary education, After high school i did not manage to join college immediately i became stranded trying to do labour jobs to make ends meet.
My parents were not in a position to surpoort me as my three siblings were in need of school fee and lots of raising needs i heard to fight as a man, i accompanied bigger boys to quarry and worked as a labour were i was paid 200 kenya shillings a day this job was so tiresome but i did not have a choice, In the back of my mind i alwas knew that someday i will conqure and save enough money to go back to school.
last year march my savings was high and i decided to seek help from non government instituions to support me go to schoola and studdy it as i have always wished unfortunately i did not get any surpport i almost gave up but an idea to start a bussiness came i started selling socks to as a halwker this bussiness was not that good and one day i was arrested with th county councill police and detained for two days i had to use all my savings to bill me out after this i was bitter with life dissapointed and became more hopless,
Luckily i got an email from one of the non government institution named Tasaru were i once droped my letter of seeking a job to raise money to go back to school, This was the turning point of my life i goy employed to work as a secretary and because the place is having internate i enrolled to a online prograamm as a it student all fee was paid by a well wisher whom i have never meet. My parents are so happy and encouage me to work hard.
I study online and work as a secretary for tasaru children rescue i also work as a frelance marketer my services are in high demand especially to new companies that need to advertise themselves what i do is identify a company and send an email to ask if i can market them online for free once they see people calling they decide to strike a deal and pay me in commision, in this field i realised a demand in web design.
My job is improving my life and i want to create a website that will market my name and improve chances of me getting many jobs.
i use my income to surpport my parents and brothers bussiness.
I alwas want to be a web designer am now good in Information technology and wish to advance to be a web designer this job is growing day by day and once i study this job i will be able to do various jobs with my skills redesighn companies web sites and earn more than i earn now.
this will cost me a six month pay of 245 us dollars with the loan of 50 us dollars i will make it 100 us dollars pay the starting fee and start my course after i will clear my fee with the money i get from the job.
