I usually leave the customers to arrange their own schedule, so that they will have the flexibility.
In a month, I can arrange 2 - 3 trips, consist of around 10 people, to travel around Java island and Bali. I can generate a good profit, since I already know the cheap and high quality hotels, also the good tourism spots, which not a lot of people know.
In the future, I want to expand my service to Sulawesi island. To do this, I would need an extra capital to hire a staff to help me with the trip arrangement. All along, I have been working alone and arrange everything by my elf.
For now, I can only generate $150 - $200 per month by working alone. Since I would need to reject some request that I could not handle by myself. If I can hire one or two staffs, I can take in more orders from the customers.
