I'm 40 and I was born on 01/01/1947 in a village called Biliga Foulbe. I come from a very poor family. My father was a polygamist and had four wives. My father died when I was seven years that is to say the age to attend school. I spent ten years performing rural village work to support my mother. At the age of seventeen, I then decided to go in town for look for a job. Upon my arrival in the city called Bobo-Dioulasso, I immediately saw myself in another world, because I had no friends and no home. I went to the station of a transportation company called Sogebaf, with the hope to find a place to settle down while waiting to find a job and housing. The next day I went to meet the head of the station to explain my situation to him and he offered me a job right away as a porter. I was delighted by this proposal. I spent five years working in the station, but I was not proud of my work. I only got 1,000 francs at the end of the month and I could not send money to my mother back in the village. So I decided to leave this job and go learn hairdressing business for which I am passionate. After four years of apprenticeship, I was able to open my own salon and thanks to this I achieved a lot of things and realize some of my dreams like buying a piece of land, buying a car, getting married and having two children. Similarly, I can now send money to the village to meet the needs of my mother.
Thanks to my hairdressing business, I fully earn my living and I help other people to be independent, and I can even invest in other areas. I do have a loyal and regular clientele and it allows me to have attractive margins. I charge 500 francs for adults and children for 300 francs and 200 francs for beards. I earn on average 10,000 to 12,000 francs a day and I have a monthly income of 300,000 francs. I pay 30,000 francs each of my three employees who work with me in my salon. The salon is very crowded during the holidays period such as (Tabaski, Christmas, Easter, Ramadan, the school year begins and ends). I earned a lot money thanks to this work that fascinates me and I very happy for that, because I can also invest for my wife. Indeed, with this loan I intend to invest in another salon that I want to set up and I earn a lot more income than before. I could hire three others employes. I will help to reduce the unemployment rate in Burkina Faso. My current income will allow me to repay the loan easily. I would be happy if Zidisha accompanies me to achieve my goals, thank you!
This loan will enable me to open another salon and hire three other people. I would earn a greater monthly income which will allow me to have higher margins. According to my financial forecasts, with a monthly income of 210,000 francs, a second salon allow me to earn 400,000 francs of income each month. So that I could pay the salary of each of my six employees amounting to a total of 30,000 francs each, and to 280,000 francs profit. Therefore, with the benefit I get to repay the loan Zidisha easily.
