I was born in a family of two brother and i am the last child. I grew up in kakamega, kenya where i studied from primary to secondary. Later i joined kca college where i attained my diploma in business management. Going through difficulty in finding a job after my college studies made me learn how to become an entrepreneur and it' when i decided to start my own business
I started my business back in 2013 as i couldn't find a job. Using the skills i had learnt in college and the passion for computers i decided to open my own cyber cafe. The business has grown gradually from two desktops to now six of them plus a photocopier machine. The services are highly in demand because of the location i chose as there are not so many competitors to my advantage and also the presence of a polytecnic near my business. I get an average of 45,000KES per month whereby i use the profits to buy reams of printing papers and maintaining the equipment and also adding more equipment as technology changes.
I will use the loan to aquire a new printing machine with ink which will make work easier for me instead of using the one that i have which makes customers que for a long period and get tired. I will use it to improve the efficiency to maintain my clients providing with faster services
