My name is Elizabeth, a wife and a mother of 3. I am from Niger state and I a retired civil servant having served in healthcare for 35 years. I am an experienced midwife and I am now successfully retired.

I am a poultry farmer and I got into the business 4 years ago after my retirement. My 3 sons want to become a doctor, a soldier and a lawyer respectively when they grow up.

I am a poultry farmer and I run a poultry business where I raise broiler chickens. I started the business with just 50 birds and today I am happy to say that I now raise over 350 broiler chickens. I sell the chickens as meat to market butchers, restaurants, hotels and individuals.

I am proud to say that I have a large clientele and my businesses is growing rapidly.

I need the funds raised to expand my business by adding layers to the broilers I raise. My customers have been placing demand for eggs beyond meat so I want to rise up to fill up that need. Since I am experienced, I am targeting adding 100 layer hens to my already present broilers for eggs production.

My primary costs are the buying and transportation of the layer hens, their feeds, drugs and crates for eggs distribution.
