My name is Grace Queenrose Kwendo, am a first born in a family of four.I was born in 1996 in Western Vihiga County.I began my education at Wanakhale primary school where I studied from 2001 to 2010.After I joined Milimani high-school from 2011 to 2014.I didn't join college immediately because of school fees,so I had to hustle to take myself to school. Later I joined Vera beauty college because I have always loved everything about beauty. After I finished my course I opened my own spa which was really thriving, but when covid came I had to close my business. After covid I decided to start selling second hand electronics. At first business was slow but it started picking up and I upgraded to selling new electronics. The business journey was hard but I learnt resilience .
I currently run an electronics shop where I sell good quality and affordable electronics. The business was hard at first but now it has been growing steadily and my products have been well received by customers. So recently I have expanded to also repairing electronics. I need to add more stock of around 100,000.This will help me boost my business, the profits that I get I reinvest in the business, pay school fees for my children and I also support my parents. As my business keeps growing I want to employ more workers to give back to the community.
I will expand my business hence boosting local economic development. When I expand my business I will be able to get enough profits so I will comfortably provide for my family.I will also employ more workes
