My name is Yaw Oduro-Poku. Ghanaian, living in Sunyani, in Brong Ahafo region of Ghana. I work as Biomedical Scientist with Ghana health service, and I'm attached to Sunyani Regional Hospital Since 2003.

I'm married with a son, six years.

I hold B.Sc in Biochemistry, and Commonwealth Exercutive master in Public, Admnistration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Tecnology. Kumasi Ghana. My interest in in creation of self help products for the rural folk and the less privileged.

I live in a village about 12 kilometers from the city with limited access to portable water and no electricity. The only source of water is one dug out bore hole, and insufficient, as the community keeps growing. To help solve the water deficit, I have taken it upon myself to raise money to fund mechanised bore hole. My net income from Ghana health service, is GHS, 2900, not enough to cover the cost. And i would need loan facility to cover such project.
