Greetings,
My name is Purity Gacheru, a Kenyan from rural Nyeri County but I work and live near Kenya's Capital - Nairobi. A few years ago I worked in a Bank within the city but unbelievably for me - one morning we found that the Bank had been closed (collapsed)...and down went my job and my savings which I was saving in the same bank for over 9 years. It has been years but I could not just 'wait to see' if I will get my money out sooner. It has still not happened, but I did not go down with it...
..I have since dusted off and managed to set up my own small business. I buy and sell 2-way communications gadgets, (mostly Walkie Talkies bought from major sellers). Over a short period I have found out that Walkie Talkies are very useful and handy for institutions such as schools, godowns, supermarkets, etc; event organizers and sports events. Most people appreciate the quick way to communicate and also no airtime top ups and no network problems - Just press and talk.
My desire is to be able to stock up and have a good base for supplies so as not to lose a customer and also avoid giving them days or weeks of lead time for delivery. As the market trends move, I definitely will embrace the new technologies in the market to keep pace with the ever changing telecommunication industry.
I AM REALLY GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND ZIDISHA.
Thank you ALL.
I wish to use this loan for re-stocking for my business to buy accessories for Walkie Talkies, such as batteries, connectors and antennas. These accessories I will re-sell at a profit to keep boosting my business.
It is a critical time in life and for businesses and some require very urgent interventions. We have found a major requirement for quick communication by various companies and groups and the two-way radios have proven to be very handy and reliable. Additional stocks is very critical at this time, and given that it is taking quite a while for supplies to be received we need to take some measures to get more items - hence the need to re-stock whenever possible. Looking forward to success in this application.
