Hi Zidisha team, Bridget Mbowe is my name. I live in Kantanshi Compound located in Mufulira town in the copper belt of Zambia. I am a married and a mother 4 children. I completed my secondary school very well and obtained a school certificate. I did food catering management. Grew up in a poor family and mother taught me one thing that hard working my daughter is the key to success despite growing up having challenges in the family. I started working as a waitress at kamuchanga motel and gained vast experience in hospitality services. Having raised enough in job. I established my own restaurant. My vision has been always to own my own restaurant and create jobs for the young people in our community. My vision is to have a number of restaurants and grow big as a living testimony to children. I'm working hard so that I could take my children to better school and get quality education.

I own a restaurant in our community. I sell and provide food staffs. Food is a fast moving product. I sale a variety of food of which the food menu has the following, fish & t-bone, chicken, beef stew, dry fish, sausages, chips , salads , nshima, goat meat and oxtail , roasting t-bone, roasted chicken and beef sausage. I make profits very fast because food staffs sale very fast due to high demand. I started the business with ZMW 3000 and my working capital has grown to ZMW 15,000 and hence should buy restaurant equipment I'm lacking I could generate more profits. I need 5 braii stands for roasting beef sausage , chickens, t-bone and roasted fish. Demand is increasing daily and as a business I need to meet demand of the people and satisfy them when they come at our restaurant.

Following the increasing demand at my restaurant , I need to buy the more chairs to accommodate more customers and make more profits. I need also to buy additional braii stands for customers wanting roasted foods such as t-born, beef sausage , chicken and fish. This will help me meet demand and generate more profits today.
