My name is Stanley Cheruiyot.I was born in the village called Mitimingi in Bomet county, but currently am in Nairobi doing my business.I lost my father at my young age so I was raised by my mother.
My hardship was that I was forced to leave school at a young age due to difficult family circumstances. As I was raised by a single mother,I took on the responsibility of supporting my family by helping provide food and contributing to my siblings' school fees. This early responsibility shaped me into a hardworking and determined individual.Despite missing out on my education,I have remained committed to building a stable source of income through my business so I can support my family and create a better future.
In my free time,I enjoy engaging in activities that build my knowledge and improve my well-being. I like interacting with people and learning new business ideas, which helps me grow my business. I also enjoy organizing my work space and planning for my business,as it keeps me focused and disciplined.
My business is dealing with selling of clothes for adults, youths and children.I will use the loan to purchase more new and quality clothes to meet the demand for customers. I chose this business because I found that clothes essential needed by people to wear and there was high in the street I live.Typical cost of my business is 35000kes which is giving me a profit of 3000kes weekly, but I aimed to climb higher after I get support from Zidisha. I will use the profits to my siblings get education, support the needy and participate in community activities.
I intend to use the funds to expand my shop and do renovation, buy more clothes especially hoodies, full neck sweaters, jackets and coats during this cold season. I will sell more of cold protective clothes because they are fast moving in this cold season, and otherwise they will earn more profits which can gives me a chance to buy more stock of different clothes. With the funds,I am currently planning to build a big shop in my new plot as my business increases. Regards.
