My name is Pamela Arondo, born and raised in Homabay region, Kenya. I started my primary education in 1985 at Homabay Primary School. I left in 1992 and joined Ogande Girls High School, where I graduated in 1996.

After high school, I moved to Nairobi as a sales lady in a clothes store. I worked here until 2010, when I started my own shop dealing in clothes sales. Fate was not on my side in 2024, when the business I built over years bowed to fire incident at Gikomba market. This also affected people who depended on me as my employees.

I had to start from the scratch. I'm glad that my beloved venture is eventually taking root again. I'm ready once again to offer the best services and employment where necessary, to those who are within my community.

I sell second hand clothes in both retail and wholesale rates. Nairobi is the capital city of Kenya and my clients are from various parts of the country. This business is my favourite since clothes are basic needs which are always on demand.

The profits from this venture are reinvested back into the same in part, while the rest goes to cereal farming in my upcountry farm.

I'm raising funds in order to continue my clothing business. I'm looking forward to order at least a bale of children clothing with the funds. Myself and family depends on the profits to pay bills and keep us going. There are also people working for me, who will be benefiting from my venture.
