My name is Andri, I am 24 (twenty four) years old. I currently work in a factory in the textile garment sector, I have worked for 3 (three) years. As an independent young man, in between my part-time work in the factory, I also have an e-commerce business in the form of buying and selling used notebooks with the best quality and guaranteed to maintain customer satisfaction. I have the responsibility to finance the education of my 2 (two) younger siblings who are still in elementary and junior high school, because it requires a lot of additional costs, after my time working formally in the factory, I opened a business buying and selling used laptops including light service services for software installation, CCTV installation for business and office services including in educational institutions. My goal is to develop this side business into a sustainable business in the future when I retire from working in a formal factory. My hobby since I was in school is assembling computers and laptop service services, especially hardware. I have the responsibility to finance the education of my two younger siblings, so I use the free space from my formal work to buy and sell notebooks/mobile phones/tablets/gadgets and internet network installation services.

I have been selling and buying used laptops since I was in high school. I buy laptops from users or consumers through direct cash on delivery (COD) and sell them online on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. My average profit per used laptop is around IDR 200,000 to IDR 300,000, and I sell an average of five to ten laptops per week. In addition to buying and selling used notebooks, I also provide server installation services, including maintenance and CCTV installation in business centers and offices. My business services prioritize customer warranties and after-sales service for electronic goods (notebooks, mobile phones, etc.).

Through Zidisha, I applied for a second loan to increase my capital in selling used notebooks, targeting students, college students, and private sector workers. This target market is currently trending well, as it coincides with the start of the new semester for students. My estimated profit per unit sold is IDR 250,000 to IDR 350,000.
