am Kimchasi Kibet Moses, a teacher in Nandi county in Kenya. I am the first born son, I help most of my cousins and siblings to get education by supporting them financially and emotionally. I live in Nandi county in kapsabet town in Kenya. my home county is trans nzoia. I love education so much that I wish everyone around me gets it.

I enhance my income through farming especially growing of short season crops like vegetables and fruits. Am currently working on mulching vegetables on a leased farm. Spinach, managu and kales will be on high demand in the coming few months hence I believe working on this project with vigour will help me, my family, neighbors and the community at large. I strongly believe that success is a progressive process of small steps. I believe I will be a role model to many youths in the community through the project I am undertaking.

I am expecting to add more stock, buy some farm chemicals and extend my network. I am optimistic about my next project. I am gaining much confidence and at the same time I am gaining much experience. I intend to motivate my fellow youths to start or build the already started projects.
