my name is Sheilah Jepkemboi.I was born in a remote village called Mosoriot in Nandi County in 1998. I schooled at a local primary school ,mosoriot primary and proceeded to Avillas girls for my secondary schooling.I did my KCSE exam and proceeded to Cascade Hospitality College for my Diploma in Culinary Arts. Immediately after my graduation in 2022 I was recruited by one of the affiliate co. of Nairobi Hospital to work as a Chef ,which i have been doing it continuosly upto date.

growing up in the village was very challenging but i thank my parents for having educated me and my siblings to a pont i am today in life. The proffesion i have,the skills and knowledge have been my motivation in starting up a business thats what made me come up with a food business opening up in and outside catering service ,where our main focus is serving customers according to there wish and demand.

we offer in and outside customers.we also cook food according to customers order.business is my side hustle ,but my main source of income is my employment at The Nairobi Hospital,but i love business more.

I chose to do business in food industry since its a business with alot of demand and not ending soon, because people are not going to stop eating and feasting.

we use the profits we get to pay bills,siblings fees and expanding the business

I will buy an extra machine for chips to help in fastening the fries abd be able to make them on rime soo that customers cannot wait for long and also i will be able to genarate enough money to help my family pay bills
