My name is Richard chiti I was born in 30 January 1999 in kitwe copper belt province.

Am a first born in my family out of 4 and am only one who was completed grade 12.

I am a brand winer in my family my dad died while was in grade eight that's when my dad died and he was a farm and my mother was a marketing and even my my mother died when I was in grade 11 but I was trying my best to make sure I completed my school.

MY EDUCATION

from grade one of to grade 7 I was at kawama primary school that time my father was a farm until wrote grade 7 I passed very well I got 820 points and I want to secondary school at kamatipa secondary school from there my dad started feeling sick until he died.

So after that I stopped going to school because of money to pay school feels and my mother she was not doing well with her business so she didn't manage to paying my school feels so joining same piece work at some company so that it can help me to paying school feels I was doing this for two years until I passed to grade 10

And I tried my best to pay school feels for grade 10 up to grade 11 .

When I reached in grade 11 my mother also died I find that am only one who is older than my younger brothers and sister .

But I thank God my class teacher helped me a lot after he find out that all my parents a no more.

He started paying my school feels until I completed my grade 12 and I passed very well with 12 point and he wanted to take me to college but just just because of my brothers are still young I can't live them.

That's why I went to the farm to go and sell my dad's farm.

MY ACHIEVEMENT

I achieve start my an important goals in my living life after I completed my grade 12 I think to sell my dad's farm so that I can start business to help my family for the school feels and other things.

That's when I went to the farm and I was sell it about 25,000.00 ZMW that's when I started business.

After I completed grade 12 I sell my dad's farm that's when I bought a shop and buy some items which am selling right now that is how I started my own business

LAND AND CULTURE

In Zambia we have a lot of source we have Victoria falls we have mines we have a lot of things which people coming in Zambia to watch and buy even make money it's here in Zambia.

MY CHILDREN

my children I want them to come and education don't pass where I passed through when I have children.

MY HOBBIES

I want to work very hard so that I save my younger brothers and sister so that their educated and stay well and safe with me because am they father and mother too and everything is on me now because we don't have good family who can take care of this children's.

That's is what I really want work very hard and after I hear about zidisha I was very happy. Because I would like you to give me a loan of 18,000.00 ZMW so that my business can grow up fast.

MY BUSINESS

my business which am providing I am selling Crete of drinks and bags of sugar and cooking oils bread's biscuits e.t.c more items which found in groceries.

That's the business which am doing.

DEMAND

this business is very much in demand because in our combines people like to eat breakfast like bread sugar and cooking oils drinks lotions people like this that's why this items in demand everytime.

I choose this kid of business because it's very busy in selling each time every day people coming and in this compound people needs this items that's why I choose this business.

And am a brand winer I can't go far for the business because I have my family their still young.

COSTS AND REVENUE

at least am doing very well per week I make 10,000.00 ZMW and which I take home 5,000.00 ZMW

MY profit I use 2,000 to buy food 2,500 to pay school feels for my family and others 6,000 Use to reinvestment in growing my business to go up and improvement of my home in my living life.

I want to buy soap, biscuits and bucket of cooking oils to increase capital to my shop so that I can be taken care of my family and children.

I want my shop to grow up with the items which am providing it will help me to raise the money to improve my business to grow up with the items which am going to buy.
