I grew up in Garissa county a place called Dadaab, life in Garissa comes with own challenges to to the adverse weather condition, i have 4 siblings 2 brothers and 2 sisters our parents brought us up with strong moral of being there for one another, respecting other people and also being hard workers because growing up the why we did we know nothing comes for free but handwork patience and humility.
during my free time i like to travel and discover my lovely country i do not do this often but i try to do it once a year, i also like visiting the less fortunate give a helping hand in any small way i can because am am so thankful for what God has given me and i understand what hardship is because i have been through it.
after i completed college in 2017 getting a job was hard so instead of idling i spoke to my elder siblings who also have their business and asked for their help to help me get something going for me so that i can support myself somehow, they told me to think of what i can then we have a sit down and find a solution, i thought of an idea and what i can to help me earn an income, i assessed the area i currently live in and i thought start a retail shop and an mpesa shop would help the households around my area since the shops were quite far and some did not have the essential goods or the stocks were limited, i passed the idea to my siblings who agreed to loan me a little cash to help me set the shop, i received a total of KSH 60,000. i used Ksh 10,000 to get the mpesa line and another 10,000 for the float, then i took 10,000 and got a shop where i would operate from. the remaining 30,000 i used it to get stock for the shop, it wasn't much much but i tried to get a little of everything.
From the commission i earn and the profits of the shops i use them to reinvest on the shop and part of it to settle the bills i incur like transport rent and electricity.
my vision for this shop is to expand it to a mini supermarket, get enough space where i will be able to sell all the groceries holds require and i hope ziidisha will help me achieve this goal.
I look forward to doing business with you and thank you for being my business partners.
hello dear lenders, thanks for this wonderful opportunity, i would like to apply for a nes loan which will help me get new stocks for this holiday season, schools are closed and a good number of family need to have enough food stuff in their households, this loan i will use it to get rice, a bundle of maize flour and baking flour.
i will use 30 dollars to buy baking flour, 3 bundles of 12 packets, then i will use 40 dollars to buy 20 kgs of rice which i will subdivide to meet my customers orders, then finally will use the remaining 22 dollars to buy 2 bundles of maize flour.
i hope you will keep supporting and thanks a lot for your support.
