Hello,my name is Clara Chepkorir,I was born in the year 1985 from village called kaimosi in Kericho county.I started my nursery school at my village, and went to Kaimosi primary and secondary school.I only completed form four and didn't further my education because I came from humble background. Currently I have three children and owning my business.
The very hardship I came across was that my parents wanted me to be circumcised and get married at an early age,I decided to run away from my parents home and get saved from my priest,where I started joining choir.After a while because I was given as a choir master ,I successfully prepared my team for music competitions where we win the trophy, and I was given some amount which I used to start my business.
I have three children whom I always encourage them to work hard to achieve in their future. My first born is a boy and he told me that he want to be a doctor,second born is also a boy and he also want to be engineer,while last born is a girl and she want to be a doctor.
My favourite hobbies is that I like playing musical instruments, reading books, small home business and volunteering.
I will use the funds to restock fast moving household goods in my shop.I will purchase cooking oil,soft drinks,fast food, kerosene, soaps,sugar,maize flour,detergents, tissue, toopaste and toothbrushes. Household goods are more useful items used daily in every home and they are always in high demand because customers buy them daily for cooking, cleaning and household upkeep. This business of mine have consistently giving me more customers and providing steady income. Revenue comes from sales of household goods.I earn small but consistent profits.My profits increases when my shop is well stocked.
I will use the funds to purchase more goods and top up the goods that are running less in stock. I will use the funds to buy goods like sodas 2ltrs*12 pieces, kerosene 20ltrs,10 cartons of biscuits,milks,chipsy cooking fat,40ltrs of cooking oil,bar soap,lotions,150kg of sugar,50kg of rice, quenchers,Ketepa tea leaves, tissue papers and bathing soaps. I need to use the funds to load my business with all kinds of home supplies so that I can't lack and customers are able to find all goods in my business and thus I can earn more profits.
