I am mercy i stay in migori with my four children's after I moved in city when my husband neglected his roles and decided to marry another wife,I had to look for means to survive and take my children's to school and buy food for them.
I dream to empower young women to be self reliant and open more shops tp reach more clients as I retain them.
I ventured into business because my husband left me alone and my four children, i didn't want to engage in vices like others would want to do when idle ,I decided to volunteer myself to help a friend who used to sell ground nuts on road side at a charge of only sleep during the night, time came I wanted to start my own and my mind fell on what I am doing now selling every house hold item since market is readily available.
I sell super drums, jikos, basins, plastic buckets, shoes, spoons, trolleys, cups and slippers, stoves, sufurias, dudt bins and containers to store water.I sell so many things at the shop thus my business name Mali Mali.
I started doing the business in the year 2004 in august.
I wanted to be self reliant since my husband had left and gone to marry another wife thus meeting my needs and four children's was left for me he had neglected every thing to me.
My biggest challenge is funds to buy stock and be able to resale it to my clients who have been growing.
My customers are men.women and children who pass around my shop.
My goal is to establish my business and open more branches and give the best to my family in spite being a single parent I know will make it.
I am proud giving the best to my four children and getting referrals from my existing clients to get new ones without looking for them because of my good services.
I am to buy five 210 litres super drums, buckets for storing water, cooking jikos
I will have stock to sell thus more income and revenue.
My business will grow, will reach and retain more clients. will be able to open more shops to sell my products.
My life will improve, will be at peace with amazing confidence thus great productivity.
