My name is Beatrice, a lady doing rice farming. I am the first born in a family of 6 siblings and I have seen my parent struggle to get us to school. I started a project to build them a better house but it stalled due to inadequate funds. It was my hope that they would spend christmas in the new house but as day pass by, this dream seems impossible. I have three sons aged 9, 3 and 1. My expenses have increased because of high cost of living and I think I am not able to complete the project on time. I am here looking for a loan to complete the project this year and put a smile on my parent's face after many years of sacrifice and struggles.

I am a rice farmer where I lease land to plant rice and get profit after harvesting. This is my main hustle which so far has been able to sustain my family and fund the project of building a home for my parent. Through this project, I know I will be able to repay the loan on time.

I have chickens, and I am requesting this loan to buy enough feeds to keep them healthy and growing as I look for a ready market to sell them. Proper feeding at this stage is very important so that the chickens reach the right weight and quality for sale.

The funds will be used mainly to purchase quality chicken feeds and supplements. This will help prevent losses, improve growth, and ensure the chickens are ready for market within a short time.

This project will benefit me by allowing me to sell well-grown chickens at a better price, increasing my income and helping me meet daily household needs. It will also reduce the risk of selling the chickens too early at a loss due to lack of feeds.

My family will benefit from improved food security and income from the sales, which will help with basic needs such as food, school expenses, and healthcare.

The community will benefit through the availability of affordable poultry products and by supporting local small-scale farming. With successful sales, I plan to continue and grow this poultry activity sustainably.
