My name is Jones Crispus Muruga; I come from Amagoro location, Teso north district, Busia County, Western Kenya. I am the first born child in a family of one girl and four boys. My home town Amagoro is the headquarters of Teso north district a moderately growing town that is 5 km from the busy Malaba boarder town. I am CPA graduate from GTI Mombasa. I managed to register an Organization by the name JCM investments that deals with computer services, event organization, financial consultancy and property. Within the office I have a cyber café that serves the environs of Amagoro. My main aim of opening the cyber was to create awareness to the community on the fast moving information and technological world at affordable rate. Currently my focus is to create one stop information centre in Amagoro town, by doing that I will improve on my web page, add more computers and a copier. This will be possible through my earning and external financing.
JCM Investments is a locally owned firm organized into two broad department consisting of five enterprises reflecting its appreciation of complexities of its niche market vis-a-vis its expertise and professional network including individual consultants so uniquely combine to provide such a holistic capability as is needed in the emerging global trends in provision of such a products as it offers its clientele.
These network relationships is derived from successful personal careers in the fields associated with premier institutions and good personal inter-relationship skills that enables JCM to operate as specialists with a lean core structure and utilizing the broad support of such network linked institutions. This gives the firm the ability to operate with broad freedom in areas such as: Business Planning, Research (market research/feasibility studies,) and Data management, Financial management and Investment advisory, Auditing, Real Estate, Event planning, ICT and Procurement
I spend an average of 28,000 per month on rent, electricity, internet personal and logistics, my arrange income is 45,000 per month.
I believe and trust that my lenders are fine too. This is my third loan am requesting from Zidisha. Previously I had taken loan for my business expansion and I successfully repaid the amount from the proceeds of my business. Currently my net income from by business after deducting my total expenditure is Ksh 45,000 or ($450)
Just like any other business I did my own market research the past two months about the best way forward for my business expansion. Personally, am a resident of Busia County from Western Kenya.
The entire County has no heat press machine for printing T-shirts and this includes the three neighboring Countries. Besides that I have been approached my couple of my clients in regard to the same issue about heat press printing machine.
I have again done my own SWOT analysis and I have discovered tremendous opportunities in regard to this printing machine. First of all, it’s electioneering period in Kenya and Busia County has 50 elective seats. Almost each aspirant wants to print T-shirt for his or her supporters, previously they were doing it in Nairobi (Kenya’s Capital City) and I want to change the trend.
Again, the two neighboring counties do not have the heat press machines, that means am doing project or business for three counties with more than 150 elective seats, this is a huge market that any serious business person can’t ignore. I have come up with better pricing strategies that will shake the entire market.
The machine goes at Ksh 60,000 or $600. I have already raised 44,000 or $440. Am short of Ksh 16000 or $160. This loan will top up what I have saved; therefore I will acquire the printing machine easily.
Am planning to recover the entire cost and make good profit within the next 12 months. If successfully implemented the project will generate an average income of Ksh 70,000 or $700 per month for the next 12 months, hence my total income from my business will be Ksh 45000 ($450) plus 70000 ($700) therefore my total income will be Ksh 115,000 ($1150).
With this amount I will comfortably repay back my loan and further expand my business in the near future.
Kindly make my dream come true.
May the almighty God bless you all.
