My name is Pendo Msemwa, I am an entrepreneur and a mother of two small children.

I spent my childhood in village and acquired my education in government schools

Due to high unemployment rate I decided to employ my self by learning baking and decorations

There is great possibility of our society growth since there is so much enterprenurship capacity building campaigns and seminars

One of my child is dreaming of becoming a doctor

I like spending time in cooking and decorating

I have decided to increase the value of agricultural products from farmers in our country by cooking fresh foods and also packing foods in a better way.

I currently bake breads and process yogurt milk that brings better health to our community, thus increasing their efficiency in their daily activities.

I use various machines such as small oven, small mixer machine.

My goods that is cakes breads and other bites makes families'time speacial and remembable ,and even join people in the societies .

I chose this business because I can expand it to be a training center to the youths in my society,so they can also benefits from my skills

The costs I can incur during baking cakes and bread making, per cake is 10000 TSH to 30,000 tsh. And the revenue is 40,000TSH

I use my profit for paying school fees for my child ,add more machines needed ,and do charity activities to those with special needs in my community.

I will buy an automatic cake icing machine for fast decorating many cakes.

This will add more revenue and more happiness to my employees and their families.

It will also add more time for doing other activities that make our families happy
