My name is Adiza Salifu from Tamale in the Northern region, i am twenty two years of age and i am married to Mr Majid Salifu and we have one daughter who is two years old. Mr parents are Mr and Mrs Iddrisu and they are both farmers and they deal in millet and groundnut farming for their daily bread. I only completed Tamale Muslim junior high of which i could not continue again because i was not academically good because i found it very difficult to learn. I like cooking and i enjoy it so much

Since my hobby is cooking, selling food is also my work that i do for my daily activity. I sell a local food called "waakye" in the University of Development studies campus at their main market. i start work from 8:00am to 8:00pm which shows that i work all day. Usually i work throughout the week without any resting period. I only rest during vacations but sometimes sell the waakye in front of my house which is close to the road side. I have employed five more girls who help me in my business and with their assigned roles, due to the good quality food and delicious nature of my food i get a lot of customers and the students always miss my food when they are on vacation

As i get a lot of customers always to buy my food i always have problems with the bowls and spoons and forks that i use to serve them and for that matter i am going to use the money wisely to buy more utensils like bowls, sauspans , spoons and forks
