My name is Dancan mong'are, I was raised in a family of 5 brothers where I am the second born, my father is a self employed in a lumbering industry while my Mom is a small scale farmer. I decided to start my computer service business so that I can support myself in my education and other personal emoluments . Currently I am pursuing my degree program in purchasing and supply management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Nakuru CBD campus. My entire business helps me to relieve my parents from the strains of catering my studies and that of my brother's who are also at college "Kisumu polytechnic" . From my business I am able to pay my rent, bills and it also helped me buy myself a laptop which I use to do my research and assignment at school.
My business is a computer service program that deals with type setting, photo printing, internet services and computer software repairs. The goods I sell in my business include: printing papers, envelops, pens and pencils. My customers prefer my services since they are served very fast and get the goods at the lowest prices compared with the nearby competitors and this attracts many customers to my business, which means more profits. In a month it costs me in maintaining and replacement of printer parts including ink cartridges, purchase of more stock such as printing papers and other stationery, but also it earns me sales amounting to not less than ksh.25,000, giving me an average profit of kshs. 10,000 to kshs.18,000
Thank you very much zidisha family for financing my previous loan, the project was a big success as i earlier communicated.
I am humbly requesting you also to make it even bigger by funding this my next investment of adding two more motorbikes that goes for USD 879 each that translates to USD1, 758 for both. This will enable me cover the increasing market demand of customers who require my services that include; transporting of parcels within town and its environs.
The two motorbikes also mean to provide employment to two people hence touching and changing lives too.
The remaining amount of USD 178 will help me install security feature that will enable me secure my bikes too.
