Greetings to everyone here,my names are Kelvin Aarone i was raised by my Grandmother ,she made effort to educate me through saving money she earned from selling Dry fish at the local market,it was a struggle but she worked hard tirelessly to make sure i had atleast a grade 12 certificate,Unfortunately the monthly profits she earned from selling the Dry Fish was no where near to the huge sum of money required to pay for college,with the little profits from the fish she bought onion seeds and rape and took advantage of the good soil in kalomo ,we later on started planting ground nuts with the help of my dear wife who was also skilled at planting maize,we grew maize and ground nuts on a small scale and began to sale within the community,i am a responsible man taking care of my Grandmother,my wife ,her nephew and niece and also our four children we have been surviving on what we have been growing with our hands but the challenge we are facing is sponsering the children at school ,their days at school has been on and off and they do not accept Bags of Maize or Groundnuts as a form of payment i have been saving what i can from selling maize and groundnuts but the field is not big enough to produce on a larger scale, my first born son says he wants to be in the military ,the second one says he wants to be a doctor the third one says she wants to be a news broadcaster and the last born says he also wants to be a doctor so he can heal Grandmothers back ache during my free time i give private lessons to pupils in grade 9 and i also do side job of working in the fields
My business is Growing Groundnuts and maize for sale these goods are good as the people in kalomo make their own Peanut butter to use for the sweet potatoes that they grow,as for the maize it is grinded into roller meal and is used as pap most consumed food here ,i usually use the profits for my childrens education but right now more Growth of my business is required in order to support my children.
With this loan I plan to pay to school fees for child,I only paid half of her fees at the beginning of the term and now the school sent requests that we need to clear her balance by month-end for her to allowed to sit for the exam..thank you
