Felicia Amankwa is my name, I am 47 years old. I was born and brought up in a town called Kojokrom, a farming and fishing community near Takoradi in Western region of the republic of Ghana. I had my basic education in Kojokrom. I am the five child among eight siblings. My parent Mr Daniel Kweku Adduh and Madam Kate Asaah were both subsistence farmers and petty traders. I helped my parent so much in their chosen career , so as to raise enough money to be able to pay family bills and our feeding and to be able to pay my school fees. I was determine to go higher in education, releasing a education is key to eradicating poverty in my family and in my community .

Having passed my basic education certificate exams exams successfully I then gained government scholarship into secondary. I then excel in my secondary school certificate exams and then entered Teacher training college. It was my wish to be a teacher. While in school, I was still assisting my parent in their chosen career so as to help in raising enough income for family up keep.

Currently, I am a teacher with ten years teaching experience. Currently, I am doing my further education at Valley View University on part-time basis for a degree.

It is my heart desire to acquire the needed knowledge and management skills so as to to establish a day care and basic school for the Anyaa community. Anyaa community is classified as a poor rural community within the Greater Accra region of the republic of Ghana.

The community lack basic infrastructure such as school, portable drinking water, health care etc. It;s my desire to buy two plots of land to start a basic school to the kids of this Anyaa community.

I intend to use the loan if funded to buy books and stationary such as mathematical sets, drawing papers for sale to the school children in my community at affordable price. I intended to purchase text books too for

1. Text books @ $ 100

2. Mathematical sets @ $ 150

3. Drawing books @ $ 50

4. Pencils, pens @ $ 50

In all a total of $ 350 for my project.
