I am Wahyu Triningsih. I live in Sandalwood Road No. 108 rural districts Singingi flat source Singingi Kuantan district of Riau Province. I am married and live with my child and husband. Since the beginning of our marriage I have sold household goods and appliances from our home to help meet the financial needs of our household. My husband has worked as an electronic technician since before our marriage until now.
My business selling household goods and appliances helps meet the needs of my family. This business currently has good prospects, because I am the only such seller in my village and there are no competitors. My business risk is very small, because the goods I sell are tools or appliances that are not perishable and can be sold unless the goods are faulty. My average net income in running this business is approximately Rp. 75,000.00 per day up to Rp. 150,000.00 (USD $6.30 to $12.60 per day). My business has been running smoothly and my customers have begun to increase, so I would like to have a shop to sell and store my merchandise. For that I need additional capital.
I will use this loan to add to my merchandise, such as home appliances, especially kitchen appliances, and things for Eid celebrations. This is an opportunity to get a lot of sales during this month of Ramadan. The goods I sell are jars or containers for cakes or snacks on the day of Eid, because usually during Ramadan such housewares are popular. I will also provide supplies for mothers to make cakes for the welcome-home feast for Muslims. The majority of the population is Muslim in my area.
