i learned at ndalu primary school from class one to class seven. then i joined form one at naitiri high school in 1983. My father then passed on in 1984 december after alcoholic poisoning by a neighbour. i worked hard at school and therefore joined moi university for an education course that led me to the teaching proffession. i begun a farming business two years later after my employment to suppliment my salary for upkeep of my children and dependants. that led me into large scale maize farming. the people around me are also characteristic maize farmers. My children like to be managers of different companies when they grow up. my hobby in life is singing.

I do maize farming and keep dairy animals. the surplus maize is sold to acquire profit money whereas milk from dairy animals is also sold to help meet dairy expenses on the farm. otherwise they are also used for domestic consumption. The costs for maize production include farm preparation, fertilizers, maize seed labour for planting weeding and fertilizer application during top dressing, harveting, shelling , packing and storage. as for milk , costs include purchase of animals, providing pasture, artificial insemination, milking, providing animal shed and selling of milk product.

The profits are used to pay fees for my children and other dependants, grow the business and do other home improvements.

The loan is hereby applied for to necessitate farming top dressing fertilizers. I intend that farming will subsidize the expenses I incur in form of buying food. I hope that the surplus produce shall be sold to help support the education of my children.
